Operator and purpose.

Elmo Silva operates Senior Living Beacon. This release helps visitors read senior-living information and prepare questions. It does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, medical information or referral requests through a form. A public privacy contact channel will be established before personal-information intake opens.

What happens when you browse.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and processes ordinary technical request information, such as IP address and request details, to provide and protect the service. We have not enabled advertising pixels, third-party analytics, chat widgets, email tracking or embedded video services. Fonts and images are served with the site.

The cost calculator and checklist run in your browser. Their entries are not sent to Beacon or TSLS and are not stored by this site after you leave or reload the page. No account is required.

Links and future inquiries.

External resources follow their own privacy practices. A telephone link to an independent public resource places a call only when you choose to call; it does not contact Beacon or TSLS.

Referral intake remains closed. Before it opens, we will update this notice with contact details, information collected, purpose, named recipients, retention/deletion practices and how to request access, correction, deletion or stop contact as applicable. A consent checkbox will not authorize unrelated advertising.

Changes.

This notice will be updated when site practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. Do not send sensitive information through unapproved channels.
